By buying a LexonStream subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase the service.
What the service is
LexonStream provides access to IPTV streaming content for the duration you have paid for. Playback happens through third-party player applications that you install on your own device. We do not supply hardware and we do not publish our own player app.
Connections and fair use
Your plan sets how many devices can stream at the same time. Subscriptions are for personal household use. Reselling access, sharing credentials publicly, or running a subscription across unrelated households may result in suspension without a refund.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running consistently, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Streaming depends on your internet connection, your device, your local network and the individual channel, much of which is outside our control. Channel lineups can change when upstream availability changes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection, for keeping your login details private, and for ensuring that the content you access is authorised in your jurisdiction.
Payment and duration
Plans are paid for up front and run for the stated period. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Suspension
We may suspend a subscription that breaches these terms, that is used for unlawful purposes, or where payment is reversed after activation.
